I qualified in Solution Focused Clinical
Hypnotherapy in 2009. I am also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
I am passionate about the power of accessing the unconscious mind to facilitate the positive life changes and goal achievements I personally see in you.
I use psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to treat a wide range of issues and habits which usually stem from stress, anger, anxiety, depression and /or negative thinking. I use the Solution Focused model which supports your own inner resources to seek and harness your own solutions to resolve issues.
