Description
ID1 Verify is an online booking service for HM Land Registry identity verification. We arrange short video appointments for forms ID1 (individuals), ID2 (companies) and ID5 (the video-verification record).
You book online, then an independent SRA-regulated solicitor checks your ID documents by video call and completes your forms the same day. ID1 Verify is not a law firm. We arrange the booking, and the regulated solicitor carries out the verification.
Each ID1 verification is a fixed £79 per person, which includes the ID5 video verification. Overseas appointments are £99. Appointments run 9am to 8pm, seven days a week, for property in England and Wales, and you can join from anywhere in the UK or abroad.
Based in Ilford, Essex. We help with transfers of equity, gifting property, probate and executors, power of attorney, removing a mortgage and buying or selling without a solicitor.
