Hey there! It’s great to meet you. My name is Katrin, and I’m an integrative counsellor offering 1:1 therapy. If you’re thinking about starting therapy at the moment, welcome. I'm here to help. In my work, I support adults and young people with anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, loss, health and stress-management, family and relationship difficulties, work-related problems, finding meaning & life transitions. You can attend therapy sessions online or over the phone from the comfort of your own home, or in-person through Walk-and-Talks in Leazes Park, providing you with a safe space to talk and express feelings.
