Description
In 2019, Drama Hub Sussex was born, offering bespoke training in all aspects of acting and drama. It isn't about performing a Shakespearean Sonnet word for word, or being able to die the most dramatic death at the end of a sword fight. Training at DHS provides students with so many transferrable skills. We are not interested in making you the 'best actor' we are interested in making the 'best people' who are individual, can speak well, with good clarity and diction and who are oozing confidence. The performance aspect of drama is just an added bonus! We love seeing students not being afraid to lose inhibitions, not be afraid to play and make mistakes, build in confidence and blossom into lovely young people! Our classes allow students to explore different characters and different styles of theatre! In our 1-2-1 sessions we develop our skills in character work, improvisation, speaking with confidence, and physicality whilst working toward LAMDA examinations, festival entries, West End auditions, or college auditions!
We have had Alumni go onto drama schools, international touring productions, West End Shows, and Film and TV!
