High call out fee for a constantly running shower. No attempt to repair, simply removed the valve and recommended a shop over no where near to home to possibly obtain it from. Stated he would return if absolutely necessary, but would cost an extra fee. Never returned messages.

Radiator leaking came out within an hour, fixed straight away, can’t praise enough as was my elderly mums house.

We got these out on an emergency call out. We were told the cost was £60. Lads came who were spot on we gave them £20 tip then we were invoiced with a £50 bill £10 less than paid. We have tried to rectify this to no avail.
