Purchases and Free Sign ups
If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Company Name, Contact Name, Address, Website, Contact Number, Email Address.
In some cases when signing up for a free listing or paid listing we may ask you to verify your account with a £1 transaction. This transaction will be refunded within 24 hours to the payment card provided. We may hold a payment token in your account in case you wish to purchase of subscribe to further products in the future. Products Offers Include:
-Logo Design from £10 plus VAT
-Flyer Design from £40 plus VAT
-Premium Listing from £10 plus VAT per month
-Complete Social Media Management from £60 plus VAT per month
-SEO Pro £40 plus Vat per month Package includes one SEO article per month on your product niche which include a link back to your website url.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis based on the service selection selected.
Where services are offered on a free trial basis, the period will be displayed on the product page. Typically, these are either a 7 day or 30 day trial period. Free Trial products are in place to demonstrate the accuracy of our work. Any customer wishing to cancel a free trial before the chargeable period should contact our support team via email on [email protected] or via our support line – 03330 300 021 Monday – Friday 10am-5pm (excluding bank holidays public holidays)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
By availing our service, you authorise www.118businessdirectory.co.uk to start the work immediately, however you have the right to cancel your contract at any time. In order to cancel the contract, you must inform a member of the support team by emailing [email protected] requesting cancellation.
Cancelling your contract after a payment has been taken does not automatically qualify for a refund. Our processing team work in real time and will in many cases will have started the review of your website details and the tailoring of your bespoke 118 business directory SEO report within hours of you signing up for the service, and this may affect your right to receive a refund.
Administration Fee – If you request cancellation of the service and a refund is agreed but after the service has begun, an administration fee maybe be retained.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
